The daseinsanalytic clinic: an approximation with Father Julio Lancellotti

Abstract

The present work, of bibliographic nature, arose from the observation of the action of Father Júlio Lancellotti with the homeless population and other groups. This observation allowed the emergence of the problematic about the possibility of approximation between his doing and the postures and attitudes that the daseinsanalyst therapist is called to perform. In this sense, the development of this possibility of approximation was outlined as the main objective of this work. For this, it was developed in three moments: an analysis of structures of historical heritage of modern psychotherapies, marked by the Christian confessional relationship of the shepherd and the sheep; a description of the actions of Father Júlio Lancellotti, understood in its non-identity aspect and, ultimately, a note that departed from what was noted there, the non-substitutive care, for the consideration of the attitude of the daseinsanalyst therapist as the one who remains in tension with the historical and identity organization of the patient to provide space for discovery and assumption of the most own being possibilities.
